REO Viral Arthritis/Tenosynovitis, freeze dried live vaccine, attenuated S1133 strain Composition: Each dose contains: REO attenuated S1133 strain (high passage), at least 104.5 EID50. Indications: Vaccination of chickens against Viral Arthritis/Tenosynovitis caused by reovirus infection. Administration and dosage: Use by instructions of a veterinarian. Reconstitution: Reconstitute immediately prior to use: Aseptically transfer 5 ml of vaccine diluent into the vaccine`s vial. Shake well for complete reconstitution. Transfer aseptically the diluted vaccine into the diluent bottle. Dosage: 0.2 ml per chick by intramuscular or subcutaneous route. Precautions – Vaccinate healthy flock only. – Ensure vaccination equipment is clean, free of disinfectants and sterilized (by boiling) before use. – Once diluted, vaccine should be used within 2 hours. – Shake the bottle before and during use. – Discard unused diluted vaccine. – Use only clear diluent with no color changes. – REO vaccine may interfere with Marek`s Disease (MD) vaccination if administered simultaneously. Therefore, the first administration of REO vaccine should be applied a week after MD vaccination. Withdrawal period: None Storage: Vaccine: Store at 2°- 8°C, protected from direct sun light.
